Hivelock ("the App", "the Game") is a mobile puzzle game developed and published by tnq nexus ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding your data.

Hivelock does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. The App does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, files, or any other sensitive device features.

The App stores game progress data (including your score, coins, settings, purchased themes, and power-up counts) locally on your device using the app's internal storage. This data exists only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), IP address, general location data, and app usage information. Google Play Services (Distribution & Billing)

Hivelock is a free-to-play game that may display ads to support its development. Ads may include banner ads, interstitial ads (shown between games), and rewarded video ads (which you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards).

You may have the option to purchase an "ad-free" experience through a one-time in-app purchase, which removes all ads from the App.

Hivelock may offer optional in-app purchases (such as removing ads). These purchases are processed through Google Play's billing system. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or billing address. Google handles all payment processing securely.

Hivelock is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All game data (scores, settings, coins, themes) is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate any servers, databases, or cloud services that store your data. Uninstalling the App will permanently remove all locally stored game data from your device.
